An Institutional Member is an organization that represents a single
institution such as a university library, public library, archive,
museum, historical society, or similar organization. An Institutional
Member is entitled to all membership benefits and services at member
rates and has one vote in matters brought to the LYRASIS membership.
A Group Member is defined as multiple institutions that form a Group for specific products or services. Institutions that are part of a
Group are not required to be a LYRASIS Member, but may want to consider
LYRASIS Institutional Membership.
