The LYRASIS Board of Trustees Nomination Form 2010-11 The Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the LYRASIS 2010/11 Board of Trustees with the following strategic skill sets: innovation; technology; governance; administration; management; finance; organizational development; and professional leadership. LYRASIS Bylaws specify Board representation by library type. This year the Nominating Committee is seeking nominations to fill one state librarian, two public librarians, and one at large position.
