Description:
This live online session will provide students with technical instruction and best practice principles when cataloging items using Evergreen’s Cataloging module. Topics include: searching the cataloging module for records, importing, editing and deleting records within the Evergreen system. Hands-on exercises are included. The class is 2 hours each day-- two consecutive days.
Intended Audience:
New technical services staff or staff unfamiliar with the Evergreen Cataloging module.
Prerequisites:
Strongly recommended: familiarity with basic technical services procedures.
Notes:
Registrations for this class must be received at least one week before the class date. Registrants should receive an email offering detailed login and setup instructions. Please call the Educational Services Department at 800.999.8558 if you do not receive this email at least three days before the class. This course is designed for individual participation; each individual must register.
