Description:
If you’ve never been a manager before, you may not realize exactly what the role entails. What are the actual functions of a manager? What is your personal role and management style? This two-hour online class will help you answer these questions, and also explore the basics of strategic planning. This class is the foundation and introduction to the rest of the Management 101 track.
