- Plan the successful implementation of a project and a meeting.
- Recognize the characteristics of team interaction and barriers to collaboration.
- Discuss issues affecting the future of libraries.

Library staff who are new to management or who need a refresher on management principles.
Prerequisites:
Prior attendance at Management 101: What is Management is strongly recommended.
