Technology Maintenance

The technology maintenance track is a series of classes that provide a comprehensive overview of the core concepts, issues, hardware, and software needed for institutions to support information technology-based services. Topics covered in the core classes include managing, protecting, and troubleshooting computers and operating a network. Elective classes address other technologies, including wireless networks and RFID, as well as filtering issues and sophisticated web searching. This track includes face-to-face and live online classes.
