What Is Required to Host? (Requirements vary according to the class.)

• Training space that can accommodate 12-50 people (depending on the nature of the class)
• Audio/Visual equipment (overhead projector, VCR and monitor, data projector)
• Refreshments for morning and afternoon (LYRASIS reimburses)
• A map to the location
• A contact person available throughout the day to assist with meeting, greeting and troubleshooting
• Access to computers or workstations (generally 10, for hands-on training)

Benefits of Hosting
Class Hosts may receive one or two free registrations (depending on the program) or a $100 credit toward any LYRASIS product or service
