Membership Structure

The LYRASIS Bylaws establish two membership categories:

  • An Institutional Member is an organization that represents a single institution such as a university library, public library, archive, museum, historical society or similar organization. For information about Institutional Member dues, please refer to the Institutional Member page.
  • A Group Member is one of multiple institutions that form a group for specific products or services. For more information about Group Memberships and Group Member dues, please contact Membership.
