Today's reference librarians, faced with the challenges of changing customer demands and emerging technologies, are invited to REFolution: Reference Service in a Constantly Changing World on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 13-14, at Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. The April 13 preconference is focused on discovery tools that provide user-friendly access to resources in the physical library and beyond.
