OCLC ILL Direct Request automates your interlibrary loan request process. Using one of three available processing options, ILL Direct Request automatically integrates patron-initiated interlibrary loan requests into your workflow, making the process more efficient.

In this self-paced class, students will learn how to set up the direct request functionality as follows:

• Set up access options for FirstSearch databases and WorldCat
• Create a patron ILL request form
• Use the administrative module to create and manage direct request profiles
• Manage user-generated requests in WorldCat Resource Sharing.
