The Mass Digitization Collaborative offers LYRASIS members the opportunity to have their materials digitized for a low fee. The collaborative's initial focus is on mass digitization of text. Eligible materials include books, serials, microfilmed books, and newspapers. Materials must be in the public domain (or have permission from copyright owner) and have metadata to be included.

Pricing is project based. There is no need to count individual pages. To get started, just provide an estimated number of books to be digitized in your project. LYRASIS provides volume discounts. Currently pricing is subsidized thanks to generous support of the Sloan Foundation. The subsidy is only available until depleted.
