Q:  Do I need special software to access the video available online?
A:  In order to view the video, you will need to have the RealOne Media Player from RealNetworks. This software can be obtained from the Real Networks website.

Q:  Will the online video content be updated?
A:  Through the assistance of a National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) grant, TVNA continues to digitize their programming materials and plans to have content from CNN available online as far back as 1995 by the end of 2004. TVNA is also pursuing agreements with other networks to provide their materials online.

Q:  How do I get video that isn't available online right now?
A:  Libraries may request copies of tapes from TVNA. These tapes are loaned to the library for a period of 30 days. The archive makes two kinds of video tape loans to clients: duplications and compilations. TVNA charges fees for loans to offset the costs in providing this service.  Please visit the TVNA website for details.
