Please note the following new policies regarding LYRASIS renewals:

July Renewals:

• Renewal confirmations are due by June 15, 2010 and must include invoicing instructions.
• Renewals will be confirmed to each vendor by July 15, 2010.
• Renewals submitted and confirmed after July 30, 2010 are subject to a 5% late penalty.
• Invoices will be sent out in July, 2010. Please advise your Member Support Specialist if you require an invoice before the month of July.

All Renewals and Orders:

• Invoice payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
• Invoices not paid after 30 days will incur a 5% late fee.
• Invoices not paid after 60 days will be subject to termination of access.
• If a subscription has to be canceled after 60 days from the subscription start date, a 5% credit invoice fee will be assessed.

LexisNexis Renewal Policies:

• For 2010 Renewals pricing is flat and will be the same amount as FY 2008/09.
• No adjustments to FTE will be considered unless there has been a 25% drop in previous year.

Oxford University Press Policies:

• Cancellations are not accepted after July 1st.
