LYRASIS Journal Groups and Strategies for 2023?
No sessions are currently scheduled for this event. To request a new session, please contact
membersupport@lyrasis.org
Description:
You have been invited to this webinar because your library subscribes to one or more journal packages via LYRASIS. As several WALDO journal groups join us, the White House's recent memorandum on public access to federally funded research has heightened uncertainty around the business models for subscription journals. How do we strategize to build stronger communities, be flexible amid changing circumstances, control prices, maximize access, and move forward together in new ways with beneficial outcomes? Attend this webinar to learn about our strategies and community-building around a dozen journal group deals that LYRASIS negotiates on behalf of over 400 member libraries. We will have time for discussion and questions.? This webinar will be recorded and the recording shared with registrants.
