In this lecture, you will be taught how to market your library to send positive messages, advocate, promote, and engage with your audience. This lecture is for librarians and library staff of any type (public, academic, etc.) that are responsible for or involved with promoting the library via social media and other engagement tools. Now, more than ever, it is vital libraries understand who their users are to determine what they need.
