LYRASIS will be hosting a 3D digital scanning technology petting zoo at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) on December 5th, 2017. The Center for Digital Scholarship at IUPUI and Online Resources, Inc., distributor of Creaform 3D scanning equipment, have worked with us to organize this event. The program, which will run from 10:00 AM to 2:00PM, will allow members to learn about handheld 3D scanning, as well as practice using the technology themselves. Each participant is encouraged to bring an object with them that they can scan and later view at their home institution.
