Soliz, Chris

Chris Soliz is a Performing Arts Readiness (PAR) project consultant. After a successful 27-year career as a firefighter and emergency management professional, he has formed Bridgeway Consulting to help non-profit organizations protect what they care about: patrons, staff, facilities, and property. Chris has worked with government, private, and non-profit organizations to develop plans, command large-scale emergencies, manage special events, and provide resource management. He holds a master’s degree in Emergency Services Management, is an adjunct instructor for Western Carolina University’s Emergency and Disaster Management Program, is credentialed as an Incident Commander in North Carolina and the Department of Defense. He has also led the Emergency Services Department for a jurisdiction with a population of 140,000. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Crisis Council; a non-profit organization whose mission is to empower victims of sexual assault and domestic violence to take back their lives.
