Sheldon, Madeline

As an information professional, Madeline Sheldon enjoys collaborating with institutions who continuously cultivate relationships with their constituents, and who remain committed to providing trustworthy, freely accessible digital resources to their patrons. She enthusiastically welcomes questions about ArchivesSpace, Islandora, and/or CollectionSpace, and looks forward to discussing how the platforms will benefit institutions as they work to collect, arrange, describe, and make findable collections in their repositories. Her past involvement with academic, public, and government cultural heritage organizations included projects focused on digitization, digital asset management, web archiving, archival processing projects, and marketing/outreach. Madeline graduated from the University of Michigan School of Information, specializing in library science and preservation, and she also holds a B.A. in English from Southern Methodist University.
