Q: Is it possible to sign up for a product in the middle of a subscription term?
A: Monthly add-ons are always accepted. Orders are due the 15th of the month for a start date of the 1st of the following month. Subscriptions begun in the middle of a term will run through June 30th, at which time they will be up for renewal for the full term.
Q: How is pricing calculated if I sign up in the middle of a subscription term?
A: The cost will be prorated based on the number of months remaining in the contract period (which runs from July 1 through June 30).
Q: How will I find out when my subscription has started?
A: The person listed as your primary contact on your order form will receive a notification by email from LexisNexis. This email will specify exactly how to access your new subscription.
Q: Is remote access available?
A: Remote access is available as long as your institution has the ability to authenticate its students. Lyrasis does not handle remote access. For further information, please contact LexisNexis Customer Service at 800.543.6862.
